Rates are based on consecutive night stays. Additional nights prorated. A 15% non refundable deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due upon arrival. Multi month stays accepted 60 days in advance. All others 30 days in advance. Please add 6% Pennsylvania state tax and 3% Union County hotel tax for stays fewer than 30 days. No smoking or pets permitted.
